Billing & Invoices

How billing, refunds, and invoices route through the operating entity per lane

Every billing question is answered by the operating entity for the lane your order was placed on — Lane A (global commercial, IAI Intelligenti Academic International LLC) or Lane B (Vietnam commercial). Enterprise contracts are governed by Lane C (quote → contract → invoice → payment → provisioning).

Billing route

[email protected] is the canonical contact for invoice copies, refund requests, and dispute escalation. The route forwards to the operating entity for the lane that handled your order.

Refunds

Self-serve subscriptions have a published cool-off and renewal-refund policy; enterprise refunds follow the signed contract. Specific window numbers are published once founder-approved — the policy draft lives in docs/legal/billing-operations-2026-04-28.md.

Invoice copies

Invoice copies are reissued from the billing system on request, sent to the email on the account within 2 business days. Lane B (Vietnam) customers may also request a local e-invoice through the approved local provider where the provider relationship is in force.

Disputes

Disputes are handled by the operating entity for the lane the order was placed on. Lane A uses PayPal Business case management. Lane B is bilateral against the audit trail. Lane C follows the signed contract.

Payment instruments are operated by their respective providers (PayPal, NAPAS partners, etc.); the operating entity per lane is the merchant of record. See the lane definitions in docs/legal/legal-lane-map-2026-04-28.md.
